What to write to us about

• Corrections: if an opening time, price, transport detail or anything else on a page is wrong or out of date, please include the page link and, if possible, a link to the source showing the change. Our editorial policy explains how we handle corrections.
• Suggestions: tell us about a place, food stall, trail or town you think we should cover, or a question our guides do not answer yet.
• Partnerships: tourism boards, operators and brands are welcome to get in touch. Please note that we do not accept payment for coverage, and our affiliate disclosure explains how the site is funded.

When to expect a reply

We are a small team, so it may take us a few working days to respond, and longer during busy periods. Corrections are always a priority. We are not a travel agency and cannot make bookings or give personal visa advice, so for entry questions please check with the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
